Anyway, I am only comparing libraries in Malawi and what I have seen at Robert Gordon University. While we still have security guards in our libraries embarrassing patrons with 'police' searching, technology can provide a labour free, and extensive security system.
Sometimes I think that while dreaming in colour is good, the cost of living the colourful dreams are so huge. Maintaining an electronic security system is expensive, the gains are so huge. Whither African libraries!

The concept you use in Technology liberty is great we should be more liberal in terms of using the gadget but some people of conservative mind stop their children to use latest mobile information the gadget. In this way they way behind to other student.
There are many factors which influenced the development of Technology Staffing. While it has been acknowledged that it has an important part to play in the development of man, several of today most brilliant minds seem incapable of recognising its increasing relevance to understanding future generations. It is an unfortunate consequence of our civilizations history that Technology Staffing is rarely given rational consideration by global commercial enterprises, many of whom fail to comprehend the full scope of Technology Staffing.
